Life Size Yellow-crowned Night-Heron

This is a fully detailed and life sized carving. The size of the carving is 15 inches high. From the beak to the end of the tail is 18 1/2 inches. The widest part of the bird is 5 inches. It is entirely hand carved from basswood and hand painted in acrylics. The bird is mounted on a hand carved wooden base. Glass eyes. The feet are hand made from modeling putty.
