Return Policy

• All returns must be authorized.

• All returns must be made with the items in original condition within 3 days of arrival. 

• Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are non refundable. 

• Returns are refunded through store credit only.  NO CASH REFUNDS. NO CREDIT CARD REFUNDS.

• Item must be returned by registered insured mail and packed well.  Customer responsible for return shipping cost. We reserve the right to refuse any damaged returns. 

Cancellations

• 20% deposit required for any custom and special order. A non-refundable 20% deposit if cancellation is made.
• No returns on special order items. 

Return For Damaged Or Defective Items

• For any damages during shipping,  please contact us within 3 days after receiving the carvings. We will replace or issue a Refund.  Please call us at  845-943-8111 Or email us at birdhug@hvc.rr.com.
