7-1/2" Great Egret

This is an original, fully detailed and life sized carving. It measures 7-1/2 inches from the top of the head to the tail. The total carving is 10 inches high. The bird is hand carved out of basswood and painted with acrylic colors. It is mounted on a hand carved wooden base. Glass eyes and the feet are hand made from modeling putty.
