11" Extinct Carolina Parakeets

This is an original, fully detailed carving. From the beak to the end of the tail is11 inches long. The total carving is 15 inches high. Hand carved and hand painted flowers. The bird is hand carved out of basswood and painted with acrylic colors. It is mounted on a hand carved wooden branch with hardwood base. Glass eyes and metal feet.
